My new favorite plant store

I'm so glad I found Urban Plants! I ordered a Peace Lily and a couple of ceramic planters, and everything was perfect. The plants were really healthy, and the packaging kept them safe during transit. They even included care instructions, which was helpful. The delivery to Kolkata was faster than I expected, too. I'm already planning my next order; I want to try one of their Bonsai Trees next! They definitely do corporate gifting and bulk stuff. I've seen it mentioned on their site somewhere. You'd probably have to contact their customer service for a specific quote though.

Yeah, I think they have a special section for bulk or office orders. Usually, there's a discount for that kind of volume, but I haven't personally tried it.

Urban Plants seems to have more unique planters if you're into that. For plant health, both are generally good, but I've found Urban Plants' packaging to be slightly better.

Nurserylive has a huge selection, but Urban Plants plants sometimes feel a bit healthier on arrival, just my experience. Prices are kinda similar, depends on what you're looking for specifically.

Yeah they deliver to most major cities, Chandigarh should be fine. For delivery time, it's usually 5-7 days for me in Punjab.

They delivered to me in Mohali before, so Chandigarh is definitely covered. I think it took about 4 days for my order, and the plants were packed really well.

How are their plants usually when they arrive? I've heard some horror stories from other online nurseries about damaged plants. What's the return process like if something goes wrong?

Mine have always arrived in pretty good shape. They use sturdy packaging. But if it's damaged, take pictures right away and contact them, they're usually good about replacing or refunding.

I had one plant that was a bit squashed, they asked for a photo and then sent a replacement pretty quickly. No hassle at all, just gotta show them the proof.
